Cake pops are pretty easy peasy, but here are a few things to keep in mind for best results
Cake pops are coated in chocolate or candy melts and they will melt! Store in a cool, dry place - preferably in an air tight container.
Cake pops DO NOT need to be refrigerated and are great at room temp. for up to a week.
If you plan on storing them for longer than a week, keep them in an air tight container & you can refrigerate (for up to 3 weeks) or freeze them (for up to 3 months). Just make sure to let your air tight container come to room temperature before you remove the cake pops to prevent condensation. Water and chocolate don’t play well!
PLEASE NOTE: Cake pops do not do well in the Texas heat outdoors so please keep that in mind. Plan to pop them in and air tight container in a cooler if serving them at an outdoor event.
