All the flavor of the month options for June are lemon themed! This is for one hint of lemon cheesecake cake pop. This flavor is the most decadent of the flavors this month. It’s a cheesecake flavored cake base with just the tiniest hint of lemon added. The cake is mixed with graham cracker crust for a light and delicious cake. It happens to be my personal favorite June flavor. Note: due to the cheesecake cake & icing using to create this cake base, this cake is a lot softer than my traditional velvety cake pop dough. It has more of a cheesecake consistency although no cream cheese was used in this recipe.
