This is a 2 dozen pack of single layer mini chocolate chip cookie cups. These will be simply decorated with buttercream rosettes in red, white and blue to resemble an American flag (the blue buttercream cookie cups will have white nonpariel sprinkles to be the stars . These mini cookie cakes are made as mini cupcake sized treats. This is the same delicious recipe that I use on our larger cookie cakes, just a mini version cookie cup. I have other examples of mini cookie cups as examples but don’t have a sample of this flag style.
