This is for a dozen set of single layer mini chocolate chip cookie cakes. Each mini cookie cake is decorated with a simple assortment of red, white and blue buttercream rosettes. These mini cookie cakes are made with a heaping 4 ounce scoop of chocolate chip cookie cake goodness. This is the same delicious recipe that I use on our larger cookie cakes, just a mini version single layer. This cookie cake comes packaged in a tin with a plastic lid.
