This is for one single layer chocolate chip cookie cake decorated like an American Flag. Each cookie cake measures approximately quarter sheet pan size (9X13inch) & is decorated with a simple vanilla stabilized whip cream icing & fresh fruit to look like a flag. This is not my typical cookie cake buttercream, this is a much lighter, fluffy whip cream based icing. This is the same delicious chocolate chip cookie cake recipe I use on all my cookie cakes. PLEASE NOTE: This is a fresh fruit cookie cake & must be refrigerated.
