This is for one single layer mini chocolate chip cookie cakes that. These are decorated with a an over the top assortment of red, white and blue buttercream & star and white sprinkles. These mini cookie cakes are made with a heaping 4 ounce scoop of chocolate chip cookie cake goodness. This is the same delicious recipe that I use on our larger cookie cakes, just a mini version single layer. Each cookie cake comes packaged in a tin with a plastic lid.
